Privacy Policy

FUTURES is a youth futsal selection program run by United Futsal, a brand of A2 Sports LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy explains what we collect through futures.unitedfutsal.com and the program, and how we use it.

What we collect

When a parent or guardian applies, we collect the player's name, birth year, position, club, level and an optional highlight video link, and the parent's name, email, phone number and mailing address. Families who join the program also give us travel details for each traveller (passport details, medical notes and kit sizes), emergency contacts, and optional player photos. Passport and medical details are stored encrypted. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store full card numbers. The site uses only the cookies needed for sign-in.

Children

FUTURES players are minors, so player information is always provided by a parent or guardian, never collected directly from children. Player photos are kept in private storage and used for the family's player card and program materials.

How we use it

To run the program: reviewing applications, sending invitations, taking deposits and installments, booking accommodation and ground transport in Spain, keeping players safe during the trip, and answering your questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number for messages about your application, your invitation, reminders before a hold expires, and replies to messages you send us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that deliver messages on our behalf. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), and AI providers that help our staff draft replies and create player card artwork. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as long as needed to run the program and meet legal requirements. You can review and update your family's details in the family portal, or email us to request access, correction or deletion.
